Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable Swedish VAT. Payment is processed by Payhip, our merchant of record. By completing checkout you enter a contract with SWAND AB through Payhip as the payment intermediary.
When you buy FOCUS+, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and content for your personal use only. You may not:
All FOCUS+ content — text, templates, video, audio, design, code, brand marks — is owned by SWAND AB and protected by copyright. The "FOCUS+" name and design are trademarks of SWAND AB.

FOCUS+ is an organizational and productivity system. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. The cycle-aware content is based on general physiology and is not personalized medical guidance. Consult a qualified clinician for medical questions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, SWAND AB's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This does not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — those cannot be limited under Swedish law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. EU consumers retain their right to dispute resolution under the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
