These terms govern your use of focus-plus.space and any product or service purchased through it ("the Service"). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by SWAND AB (org. nr 559523-0896), Sweden.

Service is delivered digitally on purchase. There is no physical shipment.
Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is added or included based on your country, calculated at checkout. Checkout and digital delivery are provided through Payhip. Payhip acts as a reseller for digital EU/UK VAT and collects and remits that VAT. Its End User Licence describes the digital-content contract with Payhip Limited. SWAND AB creates and supports FOCUS+ and provides the additional guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
When you buy FOCUS+, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and content for your personal use only. You may not:
All FOCUS+ content — text, templates, video, audio, design, code, brand marks — is owned by SWAND AB and protected by copyright. The "FOCUS+" name and design are trademarks of SWAND AB.

FOCUS+ is an organizational and productivity system. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. The cycle-aware content is based on general physiology and is not personalized medical guidance. Consult a qualified clinician for medical questions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, SWAND AB's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This does not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — those cannot be limited under Swedish law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by Swedish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in the country where they live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Eligible disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before a competent court under applicable law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
