FOCUS+ is a digital product. By EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but for digital content delivered immediately you waive this right at checkout in exchange for instant access. Beyond that, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund you.
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. This right normally expires after 14 days from the day of purchase.
Important exception for digital content (Art. 16(m) of the Directive):
When you complete checkout, you give explicit consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Because FOCUS+ delivers instantly (the Notion template duplicate link and the onboarding film are sent in the first email), this waiver applies.
The waiver is shown and confirmed at the Payhip checkout. If you complete the purchase, you have waived the statutory 14-day right.
Beyond the statutory right, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as a goodwill policy. If within 14 days of purchase you decide FOCUS+ isn't right for you, email hello@swandapp.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to give a reason. You will retain access to materials already downloaded — we trust you to delete what you keep.
